赏菊 enjoy chrysanthemums
赏菊重阳节又称菊花节,菊是长寿之花,被文人们赞美为凌霜不屈的象征.因此赏菊也就成为了重阳节习俗之一。
◐喝菊花酒 drink chrysanthemum wine
重阳日，历来就有赏菊花的风俗，所以古来又称菊花节。人们还会喝菊花酒。
◐爬山 Mountain Climbing人们相信在重阳节当天爬上高处可以预防疾病的传说,所以它也被称“登高节”。
◐插茱萸 Wearing the Zhuyu佩戴茱萸在唐朝的时候很流行。茱萸被认为可以保护他们免受疾病和灾难。
◐吃重阳糕 Eat Double Ninth Cake重阳节蛋糕也被称为“菊花蛋糕”或“花蛋糕”，最初是在秋收后制作的，供农民们品尝时令，后来逐渐成长为现在的重阳蛋糕。
◐放纸鸢 Fly a paper crane放纸鸢就是放风筝，重阳节这天，秋高气爽，最适合户外放风筝。
◐尊老 respect the aged九九重阳，因为与“久久”同音，九在数字中又是最大数，有长久长寿的含意，所以也是老人节。
